On March 30th, the investment promotion meeting and project signing event held by the provisional party committee and the preparatory work committee of Gaozhu New Zone of Sichuan-Chongqing were held in Chongqing Yubei District Yuelai Convention and Exhibition Center, which was the first investment promotion activity held since the establishment of the new zone.

       This activity set the "embracing Gaozhu and achieving dream" as the topic, which contracted 18 industrial projects with a total investment of 23 billion yuan and 18 infrastructure projects with an intentional investment of 125 billion yuan, also obtained 23 financial institutions intention credit of 116 billion yuan. It is a symbol of high-speed development and construction of the Gaozhu new zone as well as Investment promotion and capital introduction.

       Zeng Qing, Mayor of Guang 'an City, Zhao Bo, Deputy Secretary of Guang 'an Municipal Party Committee, Tan Qing, Chief of Yubei District District, Deng Xiaoming, Deputy Secretary of Yubei District Party Committee, Standing Committee of Guang 'an Municipal Party Committee, Chen Jie, Party Secretary of the Committee of Sichuan-Chongqing Gaozhu New Zone, and Zhang Wei, Chairman of Sichuan-Chongqing Gaozhu New Zone Development and Construction Co., Ltd. attended the event.

       CICO was invited to attend the signing event. On the scene of the event, the General Manager Zhang Botao signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Investment, Development and Construction of Sichuan-Chongqing Gaozhu New Zone with the committee of Sichuan-Chongqing Gaozhu New Zone on behalf of CICO. According to the cooperation agreement, the two sides plan to carry out project cooperation in the fields of infrastructure and people's livelihood through various modes, such as general contracting, EPC and PPP, to jointly promote the construction of Gaozhu New Zone.

       This signing event marks the beginning of the strategic cooperation between the government and enterprises between the Preparatory Committee of Sichuan-Chongqing Gaozhu New Zone and CICO. CICO will further implement the important guiding spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the construction of "Double City Economic Circle" in Chengdu-Chongqing area, cooperate with sincerity, promote pragmatically, draw a development blueprint together and open a new chapter.
